Participants will be introduced to to beginner beauty make-up techniques including:

- Skincare basics, foundation matching, eyeliner tips, and lips

- Live question and answer during demo

- Samples and/or take-home gifts

Participants go beyond the standard of beauty make-up to transform into a character including:

- Prepping skin for cosplay

- Creating unique skin tones, covering eyebrows, and contouring for different characters.

- Tips for making make-up looks last all convention long

Participants learn industry tricks of the trade to transform into a classic Halloween look including:

- Texturizing skin for creature skin types, abrasions, wounds, and/or burns

- Applying prosthetics, creating fake scars and decaying skin

- Mastering fake blood application techniques.

Participants learn the proper techniques for the unique needs of theatre and stage make-up including:

- Understanding specialized products and tools needed to build a make-up kit

- Learn common applications such as old age makeup, create lasting looks for performances, and practicing stage makeup hygiene

- Class can be customized for a specific production or character

Participants will dip their make-up brush into the glittery and glam world of drag including:

- Understanding the history and impact of drag makeup,

- Learning to prep skin, cover eyebrows, and contour to create the illusion of different genders/ exaggerated proportions.
